How long is a lease agreement? Do you offer short term leases?

One Year, we do not offer short term or long term leases at this time.

Do you require insurance to lease a suite?

Yes, we require professional & liability insurance that covers any potential loss of your personal belongings inside of the suite as well as liability while performing services.

How much is a suite?

Suite pricing varies by location, suite type (single or double), square footage, window versus no-window and overall demand for the suite.

Single suite rates start around $250 per week and average 145 square feet at our locations near 120th & Center. Double (two-person) suites at both locations near 120th & Center start around $225 per week, per chair.

Single suites at Aksarben Village average 160 square feet for a single at $350 per week and range up to $425 per week with a window. Double (two-person) suites are also available for lease at Aksarben Village with rates starting at $320 per week, per chair with suites averaging 200 square feet.

What is the rent payment process?

Rent payments are due weekly every Monday. We have a rent payment software system that is free of charge for tenants and allows you to set up weekly auto-payments.

We also accept check payments that can be deposited at the on-site drop box at each location.

Is a Security Deposit required to lease a suite?

Yes, a security deposit is required and amounts to two-weeks rent which varies depending on your suite rate.

I have my professional license issued by the State of Nebraska, am I required to also obtain a Salon licensure by the State of Nebraska?

No, we cover salon licensure for each location.

I want to lease with Le Blanc, but I can’t start leasing right away. Does Le Blanc hold suites?

Yes, (in special circumstances) with a submitted Application, signed Lease Agreement and two-week Security Deposit Le Blanc will hold your suite up to two months without making any rent payments.

Le Blanc will also issue keys and give you at least a week to set up and decorate prior to your first rent payment.

Does Le Blanc offer Free Weeks?

Yes, Le Blanc offers a two-week referral bonus. Also, when signing a lease agreement we guarantee the rate amount will not change for 3 years.

I want a window suite, but none are available at my desired location. What are my options?

Window suites are limited and our current tenants receive first priority when any suite comes available. We do recommend leasing a suite without a window and we will add you to our internal waitlist for a window suite.

Otherwise, applicants are welcome to join our waitlist, but keep in mind due to the internal demand for window suites we do not have window suites for lease very often.

Is there a Laundry room at Le Blanc?

Yes, each location has an on-site laundry room that is coin-operated or payments can also be made via an app.

What is the security setup at Le Blanc?

All locations are secured every night with an alarm system and entry points are equipped with key fob entry for Tenants. Clients must use the intercom to reach their beauty provider in order to gain access to the salon for their scheduled appointments.

Is an LLC required to lease a suite?

No, an LLC is not required although there are tax benefits as a business owner that make it advantageous to have an LLC.
